Do you provide local transfers on arrival e.g. when one lands at any of the main Scandinavian cities to the hotel?

Yes, local airport transfers are always included in the package cost as part of our services.

Do we actually meet someone from your company when we move around?

No, all the tours are organized in such a way that we prebook all the services needed. You can of course reach us by phone /email in case you run in some unforeseen problem.

Besides, we provide a day wise travel plan with clear instructions on how you move on your own. Moving around independently is fun when you know we are always keeping a track and alerted when you call us.

How about the taxi transfers for instance from airport to the hotel?

We provide the transfers to the hotels and can include other transfers as from train stations or ferry terminals etc. so you don’t have to worry on getting lost.

How do we get the tickets for the trip?

We provide everything through email as attachment. You must the print the same and avail of the services as specified in your travel plan.

How do we make the payment for the trip?

This is done either online by credit card (Visa / Master) or bank transfer.

25% payment is done during the confirmation and balance at least 4 weeks before your arrival date.
